As executive director of Touchstone Energy, Jana Adams focuses on providing strategic leadership for the team, enhancing brand recognition for the organization, and building upon the strong relationships that exist among the more than 700 cooperative members. With more than 20 years of nonprofit management experience, Jana has led membership, marketing and conference development for associations representing wind energy, cosmetics, and public power utilities as well as serving on the communications staff at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Brent oversees all membership recruitment and retention efforts for Touchstone Energy Cooperatives. He focuses on quantifying, communicating and delivering value and building strong relationships with current and prospective members, CEOs and C-Suite executives.
With more than 15 years of association membership and trade show experience, Brent has led member relations, exhibition and sponsorship for associations representing home builders, renewable energy, cosmetics, and public power utilities as well as serving the association membership of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Rafael's primary responsibilities include creating digital assets, such as 3D animations, motion graphics and augmented reality experiences. He also works in partnership with the member cooperatives across the country to help them to tell their story through digital creatives.
Before joining the Touchstone Energy team, Rafael worked in the editorial field as a graphic designer, where he honed his skills and acquired extensive experience in multiple facets of his chosen field, including book diagramming and cover design.
Angelika is a research analyst and works with Touchstone Energy® cooperatives on research that helps them strengthen relationships with their members. She stays abreast of current market research trends and critical issues. Her responsibilities include identifying significant research findings and insights, reporting and presentations, and managing standardized, recurring projects (e.g., ACSI).
Scott is responsible for managing Co-op Connections, a benefit program for member co-ops that has saved their member-owners more than $111 million since the program's inception. He develops and manages the Key Accounts Community program, which includes training, mentoring, survey tools, webinars and more. He also serves as the liaison between national energy managers and the membership. He also serves on the National Rural Economic Developers Association Board and has helped cultivate the Co-op Community initiative.
As Touchstone Energy's dedicated Communications & Marketing professional, Lori works with the Executive Director and program managers in planning and executing marketing strategies for the organization’s member-benefit programs. She manages development of the organzation's resource communications to thenational network of nearly 700 member cooperatives. Her responsibilities include writing and editing the monthly North Star News e-newsletter, Touchstone Energy News, Admire & Aquire library, annual report and Board of Director updates to the membership.
