Changes to Email Deliverability: What You Need to Know
Beginning in April 2024, Gmail and Yahoo! will steadily implement stricter email security measures. This means some website forms might not deliver emails as expected if they aren't updated to comply with the new requirements.
What This Means for You: Your website forms let website administrators choose who the email appears to be sent from (the "From:" address). If the setting uses the email address value of the webform, emails might not reach you after April. This is specific to GMAIL and Yahoo addresses being used in the "From:" section only.
The SHiNE Solution: We've developed a solution to ensure seamless email delivery! We created a DMARC and SPF ready email address, donotreply@coopwebbuilder.com, that complies with the new standards. In order to use this new e-mail address for flawless receiving of webform submissions, there are two tasks that need to be completed on your website, instructions are included below.

- Our team will assist each member as needed.
- If necessary, we'll automatically update all SHiNE (Co-op Web Builder) websites to use the donotreply@coopwebbuilder.com address for every webform on each member site.
