Sean Walker is passionate about crafting secure, reliable, and high-quality websites that elevate your members' online experience. He conducts personalized demos and training sessions to help you discover the strength of having a SHiNE website.
Sean is also a Front-end developer and theme creator for the SHiNE platform and loves to work on Design & Build projects for our members.
Ryan is a part of the SHiNE web development team. He is often tasked with helping members build new websites and contributing towards technical support channels.
Matt develops and maintains accessible, user-friendly sites for Touchstone Energy co-ops. With almost a decade of experience in education, Matt also enjoys teaching members about the features and functionality of the SHiNE Platform.
Outside of building websites, Matt likes playing music, coaching youth basketball, and going for runs with his dog.
Matt has a bachelor’s degree in business from Syracuse University, a master’s degree in education from George Mason University, and a software engineering certification from General Assembly.
Beau Townsend is the lead developer and co-designer of the SHiNE program as well as the technical lead on many Touchstone Energy digital projects. Beau's responsibilities include building and maintenance of platform-wide functionality and improvements, along with development of custom solutions for individual co-ops and digital enhancements in support of all of Touchstone Energy's business units.
Faysal started at Touchstone Energy as a web developer helping members with site migrations and support. Today he is the lead cybersecurity engineer for the Co-op Web Builder program, ensuring member sites are secured and following best practices. His previous experience includes working for the NRECA information security team.
Faysal graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor's degree in web development and is currently pursuing a master's degree in cybersecurity. He also has a Security+ certificate and is studying for his CISSP.
Renee Tritten leads Content Support and Analytics Reporting for the SHiNE program.
With over a decade of experience as a communicator and manager at an electric cooperative, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She is dedicated to enhancing Touchstone Energy Cooperatives' online presence.
