Additionally, the innovative inclusion of the CSR manual, backed by a powerful Solr search engine, allows for efficient information retrieval during member calls. Now that's great member service!
Enhanced Efficiency: Policy & Procedure lookups have been revolutionized with the ability to parse through hundreds of documents, highlighting relevant information for quick reference. The content management system will highlight screen regions of the document that match your search. Making it very easy for all employees to find important information fast.
Engaged Workforce: The intranet also features dedicated sections for upcoming events and news, fostering a more connected and informed workforce celebrating wins together. In addition, there is a fully integrated employee directory, to perform quick lookups and team member information right at your fingertips.
